Vegan Spooky Gingerbread
Gingerbread doesn’t just have to be a Christmas treat! Why not make it adorably Halloweenie too? I hope you enjoy this simple gingerbread recipe.

Ingredients:
👻1tbsp ground flaxseed
👻140g dairy-free margarine
👻100g brown sugar
👻3tbsp golden syrup
👻350g plain flour
👻1tsp bicarbonate of soda
👻1tbsp ground ginger
👻2tsp ground cinnamon
👻1tsp ground allspice
Method:
🎃combine the flaxseed with 2 1/2tbs of water and leave for 5 mins
🍪 line your baking sheets
👻 melt the margarine, golden syrup and sugar
🎃pour into a bowl with flour, bicarb, spices and a pink of salt and mix
🍪chill for 35-40 mins
👻preheat oven to 180 degrees
🎃roll out dough and use your cookie cutters to cut out the cookies
🍪bake for 12 mins
👻 allow to cool and decorate with icing sugar
